I had an absolutely awful experience in Valley location. Last year the bakery belonged to Eilat and we ordered cake for our son's birthday. The cake was kosher, delicious and customer service was outstanding. We decided to try Schwartz this year. A big mistake. They messed up our order completely putting in a cake everything we asked not to have. When I asked for credit I got a phone call for Elizabeth (not sure what is her job title). She was yelling at me, calling me a liar, a bad customer and offending me in every possible way. Just stay away from this place%
