This is a warning to all my neighbors that read this. We live in Pelican Bay, Willis Texas we hired Key Largo Construction, Stuart Britt Cummings is the owner. We paid this man $9500 to do deck, pier work and a new boatlift. He did partial work for pier and took the rest of our money and skipped out on us and will not finish the work or return the money. He will not return phone calls, messages emails. We also gave him $3750 to pay his subcontractor for a boatlift and did not pay him either. They are friends!
