The proprietor William Cascioli took a deposit from me for a roofing job in early December, and has refused to return it despite the fact that I cancelled the contract within the 3 days allowed under Pennsylvania state law governing home improvement contracts. I have dealt with my share of contractors and service providers in the course of my 85 years on earth, and he is by far the most deceptive and untrustworthy I have come across. I would recommend you stay away from this company.
