Let me start off by saying that going through the sales process of purchasing a washer/dryer/fridge was fine and the sales person was really nice. However, upon delivery of the product the fridge had a huge dent across the top, as though it was from the straps the delivery man used to hold the fridge in place during transportation. At first the delivery guys tried telling us the dent was already there, but after showing them the picture my wife took when we saw the fridge initially it showed there was NO dent when we paid for the fridge.
