City flats ended up being a huge disappointment. The owner and agent I worked with were both non-responsive and rude. They took my deposit and I'm not sure they ever even applied for the apartment, then when I requested my deposit back they initally refused to give it to me. When I assured them I had proof (I requested a receipt documenting a refundable deposit) that the deposit had to be refunded they attempted to hold it for 45 days! I would stay away from working with them.
