My wife and I were in a hurry to finish our guest house on the Kenai and called Norm to see if he could help. He came out to our small guest house that same day and measured the square footage for carpeting 2 floors and a stairs and gave us a reasonable quote. Because we were having visitors quite soon he went out of his way to have the installed come to the house. the installer was excellence and paid painstaking detail to his work giving a beautiful finished product.
