Karen made horrible mistakes on my tax return. She filed my taxes on April 6th of 2011 and no less than 24 hours later - the IRS REJECTED my taxes! I have called her NUMEROUS times, NO RESPONSE. I have left numerous messages on her company voicemail (and NO ANSWER / NO RESPONSE)!!! Most times the voicemail is FULL!!! What horrible service!! I was referred to her by a friend and I will NEVER go here again!! CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! If you need assistance after she "helps" you, you are SCREWED.
