Yoga Teacher Training Program Offering flexible schedules Reasonable rates and pricing options For the aspiring teacher, serious practitioner, those pursuing a healthy lifestyle or needing CEC's for current certifications. Join us for our Yoga Teacher Training Program, which is offered in 18 contact hour Modules over a period of 2 days. Classes are held in a location convenient to Raleigh, Cary, Apex and the RTP area of North Carolina. In just 18 hours of our Basic Yoga Teacher Training, you will learn what Yoga is all about, the benefits, and how to properly execute 26 basic poses. For those interested in our 245 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program we offer an 18 day intensive or you may pursue your certification one 18 hour contact Module at a time at your own pace. Weekends.
