Only 1 star because there is no option for no stars. AVOID if at all possible! I had a small lamp with only a minor connection problem and left it for repair in July and was told it would be 3 weeks. I began calling after that time and each time was told it would be another week. After several weeks & calls, it turned out they did not even look at my lamp for over three months. When I finally decided to pick it up un-repaired, I spoke with the owner who couldn't (WOULD NOT) offer a legitimate reason for not even looking at it and was not at all apologetic (quite the opp
