SCAM ALERT: Claims to be a registered Piano Guild Technician but is NOT listed on their accredited website. Additionally, Jorge left my piano in WORSE condition than it was in prior to tuning. When I called to schedule a follow up appointment regarding three keys that were now sticking together, making the piano unplayable, he did not show up to our second appointment.
