Do not buy or sell through Stratum Real Estate Group! I was renting a place that my landlords were trying to sell after our lease was up and we agreed to stay because our landlords were awesome and so the had Stratum be their real estate agents. Stratum was nothing but rude to us. They would call last minute and tell us to leave. At first we tried to be nice because we didn't want to hinder our landlords selling their place but then one day I was watching my nieces (ages 2 & 4) and a friends dog (that I had no collar for) and she called and said she was showin
