paid $5.00 and the path to the xpress car wash was blocked! a latino guy not wearing a uniform (he wore a worn out t-shirt) approached us and told us he'll take care of our car. we didn't let him. someone who's wearing a uniform came and told us to just go to the other lane (left lane) to have our car washed. do you permit people not in uniform in the working area?
