VERY rude people and a total rip off. I was quoted one price when I signed up but then there were a couple of hidden fees when I vacated. I was treated like a piece of dirt by the manager Cynthia at the Brentwood branch and also by the vice president Jeffrey Hummy of the company. Never again will I do business with these people. Stay away.
