Very unprofessional and just down right rude on the phone, I would never give these guys any of my business. Today I called to see if they could re-key a couple of Schlage locks for me. A woman answered the phone with "please hold". After waiting a couple of minutes she said "hello" then hung up before I could even respond. I called back. When the same woman answered I inquired if they re-keyed Schlage locks, she said "yes". I attempted to asked if I could drop off a couple of locks for them to re-key.
