Very unprofessional and just down right rude on the phone%2C I would never give these guys any of my business.%0A%0AToday I called to see if they could re-key a couple of Schlage locks for me. A woman answered the phone with %22please hold%22. After waiting a couple of minutes she said %22hello%22 then hung up before I could even respond.%0A%0AI called back. When the same woman answered I inquired if they re-keyed Schlage locks%2C she said %22yes%22. I attempted to asked if I could drop off a couple of locks for them to re-key.
