I purchased a steering column from them that was said to be complete and in good condition. The provided assembly was missing components which they did take it back and find me another unit. HOwever, this one had other problems. The owner then took the unit back and promised to return my money since the unit was never correct. After many promises and lots of phone calls, they continue to not return my money. You can't trust them even though they act as though they are honest and make promises.
