What a great experience for myself and pet...as you enter you are greeted by the owner and his pet dog...each Pet Wash Bay is privately enclosed by a sliding glass door...your pet walks into the slight stair tub..the water temp is set to a very soothing temp and a slight turn of the dial on the water nozzle adjusts the water pressure..shampoo and big fluffy towels are provided as well as a small pkg of dogs treats..you may use the dryer which is a hose that blows cool air and also adjustable with the slight turn of a dial...the owner is readily available for help or questio
