I called and Shawn came in the time he said he would with the parts that he thought he would need. ...He Did what I had asked of him....He explained to me what it found and what he was going to do and I agreed and he completed the job in a timely professional manor. I would call on this company again and I wouldn't hesitate to send Shawn to my moms house to take care of her appliances with just her home and she is 85. Thanks a billion.
