My AC wouldn't cool. I called One Call and they said they'd be right over and sure enough after aan hour they were able to diagnose the problem and replace the damaged part and got the AC working again. And all for much less than what i was expecting to spend, and they didn't try to sell me a new unit. Thanks!!
