This is a great gym! All workout sessions are with a fitness trainer that best suits you. I have never made some much progress with my fitness before but with the one on one personal trainer combined with diet coaching I am actually losing weight and toning up my whole body. I would recommend the personal trainers at Milagros to anyone looking to make a change in their life.
