Linens and toilet were clean, but room was old, small, smelly, and non-surface areas like window sills and under the bed hadn't been cleaned in months. AC was like having a diesel generator in the room with you, and it was too hot to not have it on through the night. Area is seedy and commercial. Lobby area had bullet proof glass and warning signs about criminal trespassing, as well as a sign warning guests of additional charges for leaving dirty linens and towels. Television was only service. 3 1/2 to 4 star hotel two exits down the 78 had rooms for only $1
