Review

The care at Vista Knoll SNF is very poor due to lack of enough CNA's to handle the large workload. They work very hard and are very caring, however, there are not enough of them. The food is bad; my mother had to lie in a dirty diaper for 2 hrs. before anyone answered her call light - this had happened many times; she's had a UTI for a month and this is just now being looked into (contacting her dr. for testing, etc). The owner/mgr. needs to step up to his responsibilities and hire more CNA's/Nurses and look into improving the food.
