I made an appointment to get my hair cut and highlighted at this Ulta. When I arrived, I told them who I was and they asked me to wait in a chair, but no one came to the desk to check me in. I waited for 30 minutes and no one ever came to let me know they were running late or anything. I finally gave up and left. The stylist, Elise, had been told I was there, but no one even called me when they realized I left to find out why. I'm sure they know. What kind of place makes someone wait for 30 minutes without even letting them know it may be a while? What
