Rialto Retirement negleted to give my 82 year old mother her doctor ordered medication for 10 months. When we mover her OUT of this terrible place we found black widown spider webs and a live spider in her headboard. There was mold in her toothpaste cup, the carpets were filthy and there wer black particle coming out of the air condioner vent. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO RIALTO RETIREMENT HOME.
