1. I hired CJP Construction as a general contractor to repair the hail damages on my 2 properties in June 2011. The owner, John Cass, claimed they are a BBB accredited business and even has BBB logo on their business letter head, but they are not. Check BBB Knoxville website. 2. I paid John Cass $1,100 to remove and replace soffit and facia (which are not covered by insurance) on 10/17/2011. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving. They still haven't done it.
