This is the first time i have been to this location before, I usually go to Redmond or Factoria...Today i chose to try this salon. Its really nice inside and tons of rooms. But when i walked up to the counter and began giving the girl my info i was in my purse getting my lotions and eyewear and the girl at the counter asks " what are you digging around in your purse for??!" i was extremely offended...i have never encountered anyone so rude before who asks you something like that? i will try to avoid this location for the treatment of their memebers.
