We offer MMA training including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Wrestling & Boxing. We also offer boot camp fitness classes to help weight loss goals.

This is the top Mixed Martial Arts gym in the Chicagoland. Their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training is top notch, the Muay Thai training is intense and they have the best MMA fighter training for pros & amateurs. They also have a great strength & conditioning coach (Finny) who trains some of the top boxers in Chicago & gets the MMA fighters in great shape. They usually have free classes for new students so call Alex or Finny and ask them about it.
