This vendor has appauling customer service. They are dis-organized, too busy to properly handle customer concerns, irregular with their lead times and have poor follow up and frankly just an arrogant attitude. I have used them multiple times and have always been frustrated with the rushed and flippant manor in which they have always treated my business - as if I was an inconvenience to them and not a patron supporting their business.
