Keeps advertising "free shipping" but shipping was starred without details. We emailed back and forth two times and I asked how to get the free shipping, Chris the manager told me to take my business else where because he was too busy to deal with me and he could tell I "was going to be too much trouble to deal with". I called to apologies if I had some how offended him and wished him good luck with his business.... then I went to REI
