I took my 2 daughters to USA Nails, Marshall, TX, to get their eyebrows done(only because it's Sunday & Top Nails were closed), my daughter came out of the back looking surprised on one side of her face and mad on the other side. This was my first time and my last time going to this salon. I don't care if i have to miss a day of work to take her to top nails.
