WARNING.........Hello be warned I purchased a carton of cigarettes here on 12/22/12 at 260 Tobacco and fine spirits in Lummi 2751 Haxton and they said my card declined I went out to the parking lot to call my bank knowing I had money in my account. The gal behind the counter stated they had been having problems all day with their credit card company. I called my bank and I didn't have the funds available because they 260 tobacco had just taken the funds. So I have them call Columbia Bank from their phone book to verify that I had been charged there apparently THEIR wasn
