Steve came out and resurfaced my kitchen counters and shower. Screwed up everything he did. The shower bubbled so he redid it but all he did was pop the bubbles and spray another coat on. When he did that, it bubbled again and he told me that those bubbles are ok. He said they won't pop and that I should live with them. I hired someone to rip out what he did and do it right. It looks great now. He also told me to live with the imperfections in the kitchen. None should have to live with his poor quality of work. Everyone that I know that has used him has had the same pro
