They bill in advance not unusual except military gets paid in arrears. Several other similar companies are willing to bill in arrears and are better about furnishing the unit to be livable. The unit was stripped, I had to negotiate to get the most basic things put in the apartment like kitchen supplies. They did not even bother to show the property, instead they called the apartm
