This is the noisiest Facility! Utter sounds of chaos, screaming, spitting, filters through the windows and doors left open to disturb surrounding neighbors without regard! The "Staff" gossip and smoke cigarettes regularly adjacent to the kitchen door. The Facility looks run down. It is very obvious very little goes into the care of the management/staff of what is supposed to be assisted living. Which looks and sounds like an asylum.
