My sister and I joined a few weeks ago. We both decided it would be better to join now and get on track before the club gets crazy with all of the new years resolution newbies in January. We want to look good for the holidays too. We work out at least 3x a week. We either take classes (usually Zumba or yoga) or walk on the treadmills. We would like to start running on the treads but need to get more comfortable with it first. The trainers and staff walk around and are always checking up on us. Making sure we dont need any help and just to chit chat. We love that
