We had terrible service from John Tier. We had our roof repaired and he changed the pricing on us it was an emergency job he threatened to rip off the shingles if we didn%27t pay his higher revised price. We felt we were taken. We could settle with that but 5 days latter a bundle and a half of shingles blew off and we called John to fix it but he never returned any of my calls so I had to hire another roofer to replace the shingles that blew away. His 10 year warranty is bogus. Hope this will safe someone else grieve. Per chance he sees this message I hope he returns on o
