I spoke to Tom Andersen about a 2003 Vibe I was getting rid of and he couldn't have been more helpful. His associate Bill was also very easy to work with. There was some delay in getting the tow lined up but once that hurdle was cleared, it went off without a problem. Hopefully, I won't need their services again for a while but I'd certainly call them again.
