We rented a house through Rental Home KC and BJ Rental for three years. The day before we were to move out my husband and father-in-law worked late into the night thoroughly cleaning the house. The next day, the property manager from Rental Home KC came by as scheduled to do the final walk-through. He and my husband went from room to room together and told my husband everything looked great. About a month or so later we called the rental company to inquire about our deposit refund.
