I only give them one star because one star is required to rate a company. I want to warn anyone thinking of using this office or State Farm: - After 1 month of no payment (no matter whose fault it is) State Farm Insurance will not insure you. No matter what you do. They are one of the only insurance companies with this ridiculous policy. - This particular State Farm office has awful communications skills and does not care about you or helping you. State Farm took my initial payment by ACH and then insisted on documentation I could not provide to contin
