Higher Power over Food is a spiritual practice for clients to develop an active relationship with their Higher Power to change destructive, subconscious and conscious memories that keep them in the food fight; overcome emotional eating; achieve their ideal body weight; have an active lifestyle; stop yo-yo dieting; improve their health and have a sense of belonging. It is not a`12-step program. Higher Power over Food is geared for people who desire to build upon their relationship with God and simultaneously change their lifestyle and emotional eating habits.
