OMG! Plumber misdiagnosed the problem even though we told him the sewer was clogged. He decided the upstairs toilet flange was too small and dumped a bunch of water down the toilet even though we said there was a problem in other areas of the building. He ran raw sewage out into my office, looked at it and then went outside. While I had my back turned, he LEFT without saying he was leaving! Never returned! Company didn't return our calls!
