I contacted Mr. Fix It and received a follow-up call in less than 10 minutes. Ron, one of the technicians came out to assess my washer within the hour. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He made the repairs to the washer in less than an hour and the charge was extremely fair. I would highly recommend Mr. Fix It and particularly Ron. The service was prompt, professional and reasonable and repairs are warrantied. He even provided us with a referral for an electric stove!!
