Imagine You New is by far the absolute worst managed Salon I have ever encountered. I%u2019m not exactly sure how they schedule any appointments as no one EVER answers the phone. I would love to say this is an exaggeration, but sadly it is not. You can imagine my shock and surprise when I finally got an appointment and upon arrival saw A Receptionist. Email was not a viable alternative; it was over a week before I received a response. II wish I had read the reviews about this salon first, as this appears to be a huge complaint.
