Horrible customer service. The ARP representative (John Losasso) was late, blatantly rude and obnoxious to the insurance adjuster for no reason and showed inappropriate business behavior to the extent that we had to ask John to leave because he was being rude to the insurance adjuster, shoved him, and was being a nuisance. The owner (Andrew Pollock) defended his employee's rude behavior, cursed us out on multiple occasions, lied about reviewing our claim, and threatened to sue us for services (even though we had to ask them to leave and they did an h
