I recently rented two of their high-end 3-man wave runners for a day. The units themselves were in decent shape, one ran better than the other, but overall they were definitely powerful and fun machines to ride. They were a little on the pricey side, so if you are looking for a more economical renting option, there are definitely cheaper alternatives out there. My issue is with their customer service- or lack thereof. They were extremely rude, and nickel and dimed us for everything.
