Decided to give them a try do to the Repair Reimbursement benefit and Expert Opinion Service. After about 9 months there was something wrong with my car. I drove it to a local Repair Shop which quoted me around $2,000 for the "necessary repairs". I forgot about the Expert Opinion Service at the time I brought the car in, but after I got my quote, it registered that I should have called Repair Smart. So I got on the phone and they handled the rest of the process. My bill ended up being $800.
