Milner Pilates studio is a private secluded studio offering Private and semi private sessions on Quality equipment and small group mat classes. Our mission at Milner Pilates is to intelligently teach Pilates as an integrated movement system linked with purpose and passion. We correct and condition the body, mind and spirit through Pilates’ movement, honoring the tradition and the evolution of the Pilates method. Participants walk away with a greater awareness of their body, a more efficient- balanced body and a sense of how to begin and maintain the change for a healthier life. Health and well being is a personal choice, at Milner Pilates we help to make that personal choice easy, fun and satisfying!
