My laptop would not work, was stuck on a screen with some program demanding that I pay $59.99 to remove the virus & stuff it said was found. When calling Complete Computer Service after 930pm on a Fri night I expected a call back on monday - A real person actually answered & told me they were open until 11pm - I told Mark what was going on with the laptop & that I really needed it ASAP since my wifes class stuff was on it & I need my important files by Monday morning.
