I took my iPad to Computer CPR because my power button jammed. I was told by the manager that it was a simple repair and I would most likely have my iPad back within 1-3 days. After several days, without hearing from them, I contacted them. They told me that they had to replace my power button and were waiting on a new one but it should be within a few days. Midway through the next week I had still not heard anything back on my iPad so I contacted them back. I was told that it would still be several days. After almost another week, I called back.
