i went to him several times for toenail surgery and morton's neuroma. he treated me fine then- but i had to go to someone else because he doesn't administer alcohol shots. recently i need some documentation from him of my treatment-within five years-called five times and showed up at his office with promises directly from him that he would mail me the documents- but never did. his practice is not that big!! not impressed.
