If you're looking for a place that does a great job on your clothes and has great customer service, don't come here. After dropping off my clothes off and asking if I should pay while dropping off or picking up because I had a coupon, the girl (I can't bring myself to call her a young lady) who was working the counter told me it didn't matter. (She also explained to me that it was her first day.) When I came back to pick up my dry cleaning, she told me they didn't accept coupons at pickup. "It's not our policy." And promptly took my credit card
